Project Background

S.K Builders approached Leenus India for a project in Pusapatirega, that needed their help with design, material procurement, and installation of a comprehensive piping network for their 17-acre residential development project in Pusapatirega. . Installation of sewer and water pipelines on a 17-acre site while dealing with a very strict deadline .

Challenges

One of the most unpredictable weather conditions challenged Leenus India in this project, especially heavy rains. Continuous excavation-refilling of the pipelines to avoid any disturbance that might happen due to rain was carried out. This refilling process after every 20 meters of laying pipes added to the time taken to complete the project.

Solutions and Approach

To meet these challenges, Leenus India deployed a strategic and methodical  approach:

  • Detailed planning: This involved designing an all-embracing plan that articulated each stage of the project. We followed regularly updated forecasts to mitigate the effects of rainfall by excavating and back filling smaller parts.
  • Premium Materials: We used pipes from supreme industries that were of high quality and regularly checked for standard compliance.
  • Efficient Workforce Management: Our skilled professionals worked in shifts to ensure round-the-clock progress. The engineers who had worked in this field before were supervising technically performance based issues on site.
  • Premium Materials: The use of advanced trenchless technology reduced disturbances and improved installation time.
