Project Background
YBR – AVASA PRIDE contracted Leenus India to design, supply materials, and do the installation of an elaborate sewer system in a 9-acre residential development at Ramdas Pally, Ibrahimpatnam. The challenging project was experienced due to the fact that it was a hilly terrain with a requirement for efficient drainage in a densely populated area.
Challenges
The following were some of the major challenges in this project:
- Hilly area with massive excavation and blasting of stones involved in making the required pipeline routes
- The continuous flow of water without any stagnation and saturation in the system
- Causing least disturbance to the residential surrounding area during construction
Solutions and Approach
The above challenges had to be faced back on the system, which includes how Leenus India went on working through a planned and systematic approach:
- Proper Planning: Our team made a proper assessment of site and accordingly planned pipeline routes in such a manner such that it would reduce the quantum of excavation coupled with a comprehensive plan. Our proactive approach assured that no hurdles come in executing the job and all jobs were completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Quality Materials: For the sewer system, we made use of high-quality Supreme pipes made of PVC and HDPE, sourced from Supreme Industries. Such pipelines were used for the reason that they are at high resistance to all kinds of corrosion, as well as other local factors that they might be exposed to.
